Here are some easy ways to add more fibre into your diet:
🍎 adding fruit to your snacks
🥕 having more vegetables during meals
🥣 adding beans or lentils to soups
🍞 swapping white breads and pastas for whole grains (e.g., whole grain bread, whole grain cereal, whole grain roti).
