Vision Statement
Integrated and comprehensive primary health care for a healthier Leduc County and its communities.

Mission Statement
To sustain and enhance health care provision in Leduc and area through coordinated health care delivery and to improve quality of life for the community of patients and physicians.

Land Acknowledgement 

We acknowledge we have the privilege of working and living on Treaty 6 territory, an ancestral and traditional meeting ground, and gathering place to Cree, Saulteaux, Blackfoot, Dene, Metis, and Nakota Sioux. We acknowledge the many First Nations, Metis, and Inuit whose footsteps have marked these lands for centuries.
