This session of Anxiety to Calm is for youth ages 13 to 18 who want to learn healthy ways to manage their anxiety.
A PCN registered nurse and mental health nurse will facilitate this in-person workshop, which focuses on three key areas of learning:
Find Calm: practice exercises to help manage anxiety.
Challenge Yourself: designed to challenge your thoughts, behaviours and emotions.
Live Well: learn healthy lifestyle choices that will benefit you for years to come.
