    Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) teaches participants to identify and change unhealthy thinking habits into better alternatives that promote desirable behaviours and eliminate unwanted ones.     PEERS® – Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills

    PEERS® is for young adults aged 18 to 24 with ASD, ADHD, and other social impairments who are interested in making and keeping friends. Participants will learn and practice skills including: how to have conversations; how to handle rejection, teasing and bullying; how to handle arguments and disagreements; using electronic communication.
