“Embrace the Change” is a free, in-person program for anyone experiencing or anticipating perimenopause or menopause. Participants will learn about menopause, its symptoms, and treatment options, including the benefits and risks of hormone therapy.
For those who have difficulty controlling their emotions and feels that their behaviour is causing chaos in their life. Learn and practice mindfulness skills to cope with emotionally stressful situations. This is a 6-week series.
