Emotional Regulation

In this class, you will learn skills that will help you to respond to your emotions rather than react to them. The facilitators will help you understand the relationship between emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. There will also be practical learnings for: emotional regulation, coping skills, mindfulness, and relationship skills.

Developed using the principles of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, participants will be shown techniques to practice at home in between classes.
