Event Series: Changeways

Changeways

Changeways is a 6-week-long program based on the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework and aims to help adults address stress, anxiety and depression. Changeways aims to help individuals challenge their negative and distorted thinking styles, overcome feelings of stress and anxiety and learn ways to boost their mood, create a healthy lifestyle and build a good support network.

Participants create and practice weekly goal setting in a supportive and mutually accountable group.
