Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) teaches participants to identify and change unhealthy thinking habits into better alternatives that promote desirable behaviours and eliminate unwanted ones. You will learn strategies that will help manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. 6-session series. The February session is virtual, the April session is in-person.
