This interactive program helps adolescents identify the symptoms related to anxiety and teaches them ways to cope using physical movement, nutrition, and practical strategies to challenge anxious thoughts.
This program is for teens 13-17 years of age. The first evening, Thursday February 9 is a MANDATORY parent information night where one or both parents will accompany their child(ren) to the program. The remaining five weeks is for the teens only, no parents.
