Managing Menopause

Dealing with hot flashes, night sweats, trouble sleeping and mood swings related to menopause? Discover ways to help manage these symptoms through lifestyle changes, non-prescription and prescription therapy options, including a detailed discussion on hormone therapy and pelvic floor exercises.
This class will be held in-person at the Leduc County Family Resource Network building, located at 4711 – 48 Avenue in Thorsby, which is the brown modular building beside the Arctic Spas Recreation Complex. It will be facilitated by PCN Registered Nurse Melissa and Nurse Practitioner Michelle.
