Kitchen Basics is a four-week, 90 minute virtual cook-along workshop. This program is built for anyone who wants to learn how to cook healthy meals that are easy to make. In this dynamic and positive workshop series, participants will increase their confidence in preparing simple and approachable recipes with the support of two dietitians. Each week, participants will be provided with a guide on how to prepare for a recipe in advance and cook-along during the workshop, all from the comfort of their kitchen!
