Anxiety to Calm is a simple, positive, and empowering class. It is for those who want to have an opportunity for a healthy learning process to manage their anxiety. Anxiety to Calm moves people to action. The classes teach low-tech and low-cost skills that should be accessible to everyone.
8-part series, January 14 – March 4, 1:00 – 3:00 pm.
The LBDPCN Mental Health Therapist will facilitate this session, which will be held virtually over Zoom. After you register, a staff member will contact you with details and the link to join the class.
