This class provides practical guidance and support for individuals who want to learn about advance care planning and prepare for future health and personal care decisions. Participants will explore key topics including Personal Directives, Enduring Power of Attorney, and Goals of Care, and gain a clear understanding of what these documents mean and how they are used.
