LBD PCN Programs

The Beaumont After-Hours Clinic operates Monday – Thursday, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Devon and Calmar clinics offer ours outside of normal business hours.
PCN healthcare providers offer virtual classes to our patients and the public. Classes are free and don't require referral from your family physician, however registration is required. Both live group and on-demand classes are available.
The Leduc Beaumont Devon Primary Care Network has partnered with Alberta Health Services, Edmonton and area, to realign Home Care Case Managers with specific PCN Physicians.
The Leduc After-Hours Clinic operates Monday – Friday, 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Specialized geriatric assessment service for seniors who have chronic, complex health issues.
Nurse practitioners (NPs) are registered nurses with graduate education and training in advanced clinical practice.
Several PCNs have partnered with local facilities in a unique venture where local family physicians and their health care teams prescribe physical activity to patients.
The LBD PCN has a team of 5 Referral Coordinators who assist member physician clinics in scheduling and tracking appointments with specialists, outpatient clinics and other community agencies.
Our PCN offers FREE Smoking Cessation assistance.
The LBD PCN currently offers specialty clinics to our patients in psychiatry and musculoskeletal concerns (MSK Clinic).
The Team-Based Care Program provides support to patients with a variety of concerns in both a centralized and decentralized setting.
Walk with a Doc is a physician-led walking group open to anyone in the community.
